Why only two, and why so few projects at a time
Because we deliver it ourselves, and that has a physical limit: we work with a maximum of seven active projects. When the quota is full we don’t accept anyone else, whoever they are. We prefer to do less, and do it well.
How we work
- The code we write is yours, written from scratch for your company and with no per-user licence. Third-party components keep their own licence and the contract sets it out.
- We sign the NDA before you show us anything about your company.
- Facts before promises: we don’t publish result figures we cannot demonstrate.
- If there is no fit, we tell you in writing.

Hiring someone in-house
It takes months to become productive, it is a fixed cost every month and, if they leave, the knowledge leaves with them. With Nexus: a system is delivered once and it stays. The knowledge lives in the architecture, not in one person.
Using ChatGPT directly
It answers questions but doesn’t act: it doesn’t invoice, schedule, integrate with your tools or get supervised. With Nexus: our automations and agents run complete processes, integrated into your stack and supervised by the Nexus team.
Another agency
They sell hours and loose deliverables: the structural incentive is to stretch the project, and you depend on them for every change. With Nexus: we deliver the code we write in your name and with no per-user licence; if one day you continue with another team, you take the system we built.
A freelancer
A single point of failure. If they disappear or get overloaded, your operation stops. With Nexus: two founders, documented architecture and operation and supervision quoted separately, so the system doesn’t depend on one person.
