Operations audit: before building anything, we find where you are losing money

In five working days from the moment we receive the information, we analyse how your operation works and tell you what is failing, what it costs and where to start fixing it. From €2,500.

What we analyse

How your operation really works, from the bottom up:

What you receive

  1. Operating map. How work flows today, step by step, and who is involved in each step.
  2. Problems detected. Duplications, manual tasks, systems that don’t talk to each other and knowledge trapped in people.
  3. Estimated cost. What each problem costs, calculated with your numbers.
  4. Opportunities. Where automation, software or AI make sense, and where they don’t.
  5. Prioritisation. Ordered by impact on your bottom line, not by how interesting the technology is.
  6. 90-day roadmap. What to do, in what order and with what resources.
  7. ROI estimate. With your own data, no empty promises: how much it is worth investing to solve each problem.

The report is yours and stays with you, whatever you hire afterwards. It is not a sales proposal disguised as a report.

How it works

  1. 20 minutes of conversation. No documents or internal data. We tell you whether it makes sense to do the audit.
  2. NDA. If there is a fit, we sign it before you show us anything.
  3. Five working days of analysis, carried out by the Nexus team, once the NDA is signed and with agreed access to the information.
  4. Delivery and decision. We present the report and you decide. No commitment until you say so.

What it costs

From €2,500. The exact price, in writing and before we start, depends on the size of the operation and how many areas are included. If you then hire Nexus for the implementation, the audit amount is deducted from the project.

As a reference of what we publish, a boutique audit of four to eight working days runs between €2,500 and €5,000; we explain it in what an AI audit includes and how much it costs (in Spanish). Before requesting it, you can calculate what manual work costs you today.

What can raise the price

The audit is charged even if the project turns out not to be viable: the analysis is done and the report is yours. If in the 20-minute conversation we don’t see a fit, we tell you beforehand and charge nothing. You can see what the result looks like in a sample report, with simulated data.

What it will require from you

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from a consultancy or a compliance audit?

A compliance audit checks whether something meets what it should. This one looks for something else: where the operation loses money even if everything is formally in order. What comes out is not a list of breaches, it is a list of problems with their cost and an order in which to tackle them.

How long does it take?

Five working days of analysis by the Nexus team, once the NDA is signed and with agreed access to the information.

What do you need from my company?

Your real numbers, your margins and your contracts; access to the tools and processes we are going to analyse; and hours from the people who know how work is really done. We agree it in writing before we start.

What if there is nothing to automate?

We tell you. The report is delivered all the same, and the conclusion may be that nothing needs building.

Do I have to hire the implementation afterwards?

No. The report is yours and you can use it with whoever you like. If you decide to build with Nexus, the audit amount is deducted from the project.

What is the ROI estimate?

An estimate, made with your own data, of what each problem costs and how much it is worth investing to solve it. It is not a promise of results: it is a calculation you can review and discuss.

What if the project is not viable?

The audit is still charged, because the analysis is done and the report is yours, and we tell you in writing. If in the initial 20-minute conversation we don’t see a fit, we tell you beforehand and charge nothing.

How much of my team’s time do you need?

Roughly one day of dedication for each department involved, with whoever knows how the process is done today.
