We always start the same way, and each step exists for a reason.
1. We talk for 20 minutes
You tell us what is going on. No documents and no sales pitch. We tell you frankly whether it makes sense to continue and where we would start. You talk to the people who will later do the work.
2. We sign the NDA
If there is a fit, we sign the NDA before you show us anything about your company. Until then, the conversation is held with no documents or internal data.
3. Operations audit: five working days from the moment we receive the information
We analyse your operation and deliver a report with the exact changes, prioritised by impact on your bottom line, and a 90-day roadmap. It is explained in operations audit, and it starts at €2,500.
4. Report and decision
You decide. No commitment until you say so. If there is no fit, we tell you in writing. The report is yours, whatever you hire afterwards.
5. If you decide to build
Before we start you receive the quote in writing, with the case already studied in the audit. We build in modules, starting with the one that is costing you the most margin. In a system that replaces several critical pieces, the first operational module connected to your real operation arrives between 8 and 14 weeks after signing. For a while your team works with two systems at once, while the old one is switched off.
The code we write is yours, written from scratch for your company and with no per-user licence; third-party components keep their own licence and the contract sets it out. And an AI agent without supervision degrades in six to nine months, so operation and supervision are quoted separately, as monthly maintenance. We explain it in custom software.
Who you work with
With the two people who make up Nexus, Gabriel Sandoval and Antonio J. Guillén. No junior account people, no chain of subcontractors and no one selling you the project while someone else discovers it afterwards. Because we deliver it ourselves, we work with a maximum of seven active projects at a time.
What it will require from you
- Opening up your internal costs, your margins and your prices per client.
- Documenting the exceptions that today live only in someone’s head.
- Working with two systems at once while the old one is switched off.
- Reviewing what an agent does every day during the first weeks.
- Putting someone from your company in charge: nobody knows your operation better than you.
Where we fit and with which tools
The data of real projects is under NDA and we don’t publish it. This is what we can state: which sectors we are built for and which tools we work with. Our usual client is a company of between 20 and 500 employees.
- Sectors: pharmaceutical, B2B logistics, SaaS, financial services, mid-market e-commerce and manufacturing.
- Tools: OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Supabase, HubSpot, n8n / Make, TypeScript and Python, and whatever your operation needs: we are not stack maximalists.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the first conversation held with no documents?
Because its purpose is to decide whether it makes sense to continue, not to analyse your company. To analyse it, we sign the NDA first.
How much does it cost to start?
The 20-minute conversation costs nothing. The operations audit starts at €2,500 and, if you then hire Nexus for the implementation, it is deducted from the project.
What if I don’t want to build anything?
Nothing. The audit report is yours and you can use it with whoever you like.
How long does what you build take to be ready?
In a system that replaces several critical pieces, the first operational module arrives between 8 and 14 weeks after signing. The complete system is built in modules and the timeline depends on how many pieces have to be replaced and how quickly the exceptions are documented.
